February 3, 2009 - Auction News
Our next Auction meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 4th at 7 PM in the Tice Hall. All are welcomed to attend; be part of the decision making when it comes to the Auction!
Reminders:
Each family is required to procure an item(s) valued at $150 by February 20, 2009 or, write a check out to HFS Parent’s Club in the amount of $150. After this date, only checks will be accepted and the amount rises to $200.
Room parents need to turn in a procurement form with their theme idea to Terri Robison (Room Parent Coordinator) no later than February 20th. We need the name of the room parent who will be in charged of purchasing items for their class project and the number of students in their classroom. The room parent will receive a check from the Parent’s Club to purchase items for their project. Please call Terri at (206) 762-5921 and/or attend the next auction meeting for further information.
We still need many volunteers. In order for our Auction to be a success, we need you! The Auction not only provides funds to the Parent’s Club, it is a fun and exciting event to be around other parents who are trying to achieve the same goal - a wonderful Catholic education for our children.
- Chairs are needed for the following committees: Boards, Clean Up,
- Desserts and Transportation.
- Volunteers are needed for the following: Desserts (16); Boards (5); Clean Up; Servers (18); Bank; Runners (5), Gift Certificates (2) and Set Up (3).
