Mary & Pino Liguori and their crew for all their hard work! If you do not receive an invitation in the FCE, please let the school office or ourselves know as soon as possible and we will get one out to you.
It is not too late. We can mail out invitations to your friends and family…just send us their names and address. There are extra invitations in the school office for your personal inscription if you prefer.
Procurement deadline is February 20, 2009. If you are unable to procure (or wish not to procure) an item or service, please send a check payable to HFS Parent’s Club in the amount of $150. After this date, only checks will be accepted and the amount rises to $200. We are close to having the North portable ready – please keep your actual item until further notice.
We have approximately 78 procurement forms turned in by businesses. We also have 13 out of 130 families who have met their $150 obligation.
We still need many volunteers. Please consider signing up for the following:
- Chair Person: Boards, Clean Up, and Desserts.
- Volunteers: Desserts (14); Boards (5); Servers (18); Runners (5), and Gift Certificates (2).
